Enthusiastic and a determination to succeed is how I would describe my sporting career, I may not get things right the first time round but something keeps me coming back for more. Its whats led me to follow the blue line up and down the pool for 60k a week as a swimmer, its what now leads me in my triathlon career. Along the way I have had some success, most notably a medal at World under23 championships and finishing 7th at the Commonwealth games in my home country.
Now I find myself heading in a new direction, for 2015 and beyond I will be moving towards long course racing with the ultimate goal reaching the top step in Kona.
In other news I have 2 big brothers, one little sister, numerous bikes, a serious coffee addiction, an accountancy degree, size UK10 feet, an irrational fear of elevators, an on again/ off again relationship with peanut butter, a much more stable thing with jam and to top it all of I insist on brushing my teeth before every run.
